Not my usual style, but I think it works. Make-up is spot on, and so is the look from Mira.
Let me know what you think in the comments below!

Took a week off to visit Malta in June. These are some of the images. It's a beautiful -if slightly too hot- island, and definitely worth a visit. If you want to go there, maybe go earlier. April or May would seem perfect. After that, it stays hot and humid until late september.
The cities are colourful and everything looks dated, as if they are stuck in the 60's. No wonder there are movies and tv series being shot all over the place... No luck catching any of the Game Of Thrones cast shooting in Mdina though.
First time (serious) travelling with the Fuji X-T1 and X100T. The 56 1.2 APD was bolted on my camera for almost the entire week. It's my favourite lens, even more so than my old Canon 135 L... I also brought the 16 1.4, but wider angles aren't my thing (yet). So happy to see Fujifilm finally fixed all the issues I had with the 56 earlier, as there are no more discernable sharpness or focussing issues. The colours of the island are a throwback to the good old film days, so I used a take on Kodachrome for the edit and colours.
My sincerest apologies for the gratuitous amount of cat shots in the set, but that seems the best way to attract millions of followers on the internet... Enjoy!
Few months ago, I struck gold. I found a near mint Hasselblad 503CW and 2 lenses at a flee market in Budapest, for about one tenth of what it would cost at a collector's. It came with a worn out 150mm f4 and an ok 40mm f4. I contacted a local collector and traded the two weird focal lengths it came with, for a very decent Zeiss 120mm f4 Macro. A much more versatile focal length for my use.
I've been shooting digital seriously for some 8 years now, so it would be interesting to see how I could handle a manual focus only, non-metering, medium format beast that is a Hasselblad...
These are the first results... Lots of shots were ruined by light leaks, most likely from a leaky film plate on the magazine. I'll have to send it in for maintenance before I use it more often. Even with the light leaks, first results are better than expected. At least a handful keepers, more than I had hoped. Especially the shots with Mira and Xandra worked out really well. As did the one with my dad. Getting focus right is still an issue, so I'll have to work on that...
To be continued, no doubt...

All work and no play make Tom a dull boy...
The gallery called "Above" features some of the views from my office, taken over the years flying as an airline pilot at Brussels Airlines, Belgium.
All images taken in safe phases of the flight of course, while my colleague keeps an eye on everything. It would feel wrong not to share some of the views we enjoy during our work hours.
Had some time to go over our holidays in Thailand and Bali again. Always refreshing to look at old pictures with an empty mind and only vague memories... Found some new favourites I overlooked the first time.
Albums are posted under travel. Enjoy!
Some work uploaded, lots more to go...
Hello all and welcome to my new website.
At the moment it's still mostly a work in progress, so expect varying designs, images and content to change over the next few months as I figure all this out.
Happy surfing and see you soon!
